Exchanges
Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To exchange your item(s), please send them back to us at the following address:

Include your order number and specify the size or product you would like to receive in exchange. Simply complete the return card provided on the website and include it with the item(s) being returned.
Please make sure all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange request.
Note: Orders purchased using a discount code are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns/ Refunds
You can return any full-priced item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. This helps us process your request quickly. If no information is included with your return, we won’t know how to handle it.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition, including all tags, packaging, stickers, and boxes.
- Returns that are missing original packaging will not be processed.
- Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process your return.
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return Conditions:
- All items must be free from dust, fluff, or any scent, including cologne/perfume. Items not meeting this condition will not be accepted.
- Tracking & Proof of Shipment: Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt for returns, and we recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact the SAYNE Team at SaynecollectiveOrders@outlook.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number along with any photos and relevant details about the issue. This will help us resolve the matter quickly.
Please note that if an item is damaged due to misuse, abnormal use, or incorrect washing practices, Sayne Collective will not be able to offer a refund, exchange, or repair. We will require satisfactory proof of the issue before offering any remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Once your case has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
